This post was inspired by one I read, over at Piper’s Run.
Her’s was titled “Bucket Lists for Kids.” And, while I love the idea… the title, not so much. To me, the term, “bucket list,” is way too morbid, to be associated, with kids.
I liked the idea, so much, that I decided to do a list, for my We Are the Glenns peeps.
So, without any further delay… here you go:
- Going Camping
- Going to a Professional Sporting Event
- Making Snow Angels
- Jumping in a Pile of Leaves
- Climbing a Tree
- Going to Disney World (or Land)
- Catching (and Releasing) Fireflies
- Going Sledding
- Riding a Horse
- Having a Pet
- Flying a Kite
- Building a Snow Fort
- Having a Snowball Fight
- Going to Sleepaway Camp
I could go on, and on, with this list. But, I’m stopping at 14. What about you? What are some things you want your kid(s) to do, while they’re still young? Put your answers, in the comments section, below.
